2. Record the displayed prerequisite or error word for word.
3. Compare your current progression with a recent recorded player example without assuming it is the rule.
4. Restart only after preserving the state; check official notices and current discussion reports.
5. Escalate a persistent account-specific mismatch with screenshots and progression details.

Begin with what the official page proves

New Normal Soft lists Alliance Raid, World Boss and Arena on the Steam store. Its FAQ says Raid Alliance rankings sum the damage of each Alliance's top 100 members. The same FAQ places the Ether Shop under Battlefield > Arena, says Machina can come from Raid ranking rewards or that shop and remain usable for seven days, and says new World Boss or Raid seasons provide another chance to earn ranking rewards such as Pets or Wings. The September 17 announcement adds an Arena opponent refresh button and caps daily Raid and World Boss entries at 10 each. Check the current client for those controls; none of these notices establishes a universal unlock level.

A player video title shows World Boss unlocked on one account, which can help locate the interface and compare visible progression. It cannot prove that the same step unlocks the mode for every class, region or patch. This guide keeps that distinction instead of converting a video moment into a rule table.

Classify the access state

A visible locked tile with a prerequisite is a progression state. A visible entry that fails after selection is a runtime or service state. A missing entry can be navigation, account, region or version. A loading spinner or disconnected screen can be a server or network symptom. These categories produce different next actions, so record the one you actually see.

If the interface displays a level, quest, alliance or schedule, preserve the exact wording. Do not translate it into a stronger rule. If it shows no reason, capture the surrounding screen and current progression. The absence of a label is itself useful evidence for a support report.

Rule out a temporary service event

Check official announcements and the current Steam discussion list for multiple reports at the same time. Several same-day reports can indicate a wider issue, but they still need an official notice or recovery observation before the site labels a service state. Avoid resetting progression, leaving an alliance or spending currency to troubleshoot a possible outage.

A simple restart can be reasonable after the state is recorded. Reinstalling is a much larger step and should not be the first reaction to a server-side mode. If other game areas work, include that contrast in the ticket.

What to send support

Name the mode, date and local time, region if visible, progression state, alliance state where relevant, exact message and the last action before failure. Add a screenshot that includes the whole mode panel rather than a cropped error alone. Never include passwords or payment details.
